KS's Siri Warrior

KS's Siri Warrior

Sired by Lannan's Siri Super-Dot, Premier Sire, and out of GR's Warrior's Wynonna, by Lady's Warrior, Premier Sire, POAC Hall of Fame Member (Lady's Warrior was the FIRST POA Stallion to earn Premier Sire status), in Warrior the awesome bloodlines of the 60's combined to produce a new star for the new decade. Warrior was shown lightly in the California/Nevada shows before Kenneth retired from the Air Force and we returned to Alabama. His real show career began as a 6 year old, when Lynn McMillian agreed to show and train the young Warrior. In 1977 he started the show season with 187 halter points, 17 non-timed points, and 17 timed points. He finshed the year with his ROM(H), ROM(N), and POA ROM-Champion. The next year Lynn and Warrior finished the timed points needed to earn the prestegious Supreme Champion award. Warrior passed on his winning ways, and his get include KS's Warrior's Fancy Pants, Supreme Champion, KS's Warrior's Pistol, KS's Warrior's Rebel, KS's Warrior's Bo James, KS's Warrior's Papoose, Premier Dam, and KS's Warrior's Starlite, Premier Dam. The photo on the left is KS's Siri Warrior being shown by Chip Steele, and the photo on the right is of Warrior and Lynn McMillian running flag race in 1978.
