KS's Amarillo Koi

KS's Amarillo Koi, sorrel gelding with a blanket to his withers with spots, blaze, matching hind stockings, feather marks, and one blue eye.  He currently measures 54" tall.  It would be hard to find anything to improve about this guy if we could!  He lopes as slow as any we have ever seen, just soft as a feather.  Sired by Kind Of Impulsive, Stetson is the first foal produced by KS's Ghostys Cadillac Cat, a full sister to the champion performance mare and champion producer KS's Ghosty Button Pants.  As if his sharp color and show-stopping movement were not enough, Stetson also has a great disposition.  He loves spending time with people, especially if they will scratch his back!  Petted and handled daily as a foal, he has the foundation building blocks for all of his future training, and he still loves to learn.  He ties, lunges, bathes, and is great about having his feet handled.  We are so excited to continue to watch this young gelding grow and mature, his future is blindingly bright!  He attended his first ever show in June, the Southeast Regional, where He was champion 2 year old colt, Reserve Junior Champion, and also placed well in lungeline and in-hand trail.  He followed that up with a show in October where he picked up one Grand and one Reserve Grand in halter, placed well in lungeline, and won in-hand trail under both judges.   Watch for Stetson in the KS's Pony Farm show string again for 2017!   We are so excited to continue to show Stetson as a three year old!  (Sorry, at this time Stetson is not for sale.)
