KS's Dashs Sweet Essence

Sweetie is a 2005 chestnut roan mare with a snowcap blanket, a pretty tapered blaze, and feather marks. She measures 55 1/4 inches tall.

This is one loving pony, just like all of her siblings. The way she always wants to be petted endears her to many visitors to our farm! She is by the late KS's Dash For Pants and out of KS's Elusive Twist, a cross that produced KS's Dash Of Elegance, ROM(H), 2 time World Champion KS's Dashing Illusion, and Futurity Top 10 producer KS's Dash Of Enchantment. This mare is tall and elegant, with a good build and big trot. She is also very athletic and has great bone- a super prospect for anything and everything you may want to do! Sweetie was sold as a yearling, and then made her way back to KS's Pony Farm when her family hit a difficult stretch. She had 60 days of training in the spring of her 3 year old year, and returned to training mid-November 2010. After taking some time off due to other committments, Sweetie is back in training as of late October, 2011. She is very well started under saddle, and we plan to finish her out for western pleasure, hunter under saddle, trail, and possibly even start her over fences. Sweetie stands quietly for saddling, drops her head to be bridled by a shorter rider, can be mounted and dismounted from either side, moves out easily, and is soft and responsive in the bridle. She loves lots of hugs, and would be a good match for an intermediate rider. Always sweet and easy going, Sweetie is going to make a great riding mare that has super potential as an all-around pony.
