Two Year olds

KS's Courageously Koi "Ruthie" is a sorrel snowcap filly with a flaxen mane and tail, blaze, a stocking and sock on her hind legs. She should mature to be a medium mare, about 53" tall. Ruthie is by Kind Of Impulsive and out of KS's Ghostys Cadillac Cat, a cross that is proving to be spectacular as all 4 of the resulting foals have everything going for them with disposition, correct conformation, and outstanding movement. Ruthie has her own story of courage to tell as she overcame severe injuries suffered in a freak accident just hours after she was born, and while she does bear a few scars, she never took a lame step and has never let it deter her cheerful, inquisitive attitude. We brought Ruthie in the barn last August to start fitting and training her for the fall shows, and she attended her first show in Tennessee the second weekend of September. She placed 2nd in halter, was reserve junior champion filly, 2nd in yearling and 2 year old lungeline (behind a 2 year old), and won yearling and 2 year old in-hand trail. More than her placings, we were very pleased with how quiet Ruthie was, and how well she handled the new surroundings and activity. We had planned to keep Ruthie in our own show string and show her under saddle in 2018, but we have made the difficult decision to offer her for sale due to circumstances that will limit our showing in the future. This girl deserves to be out there strutting her stuff! Show her now and breed her later, she is homozygous for color (LP/LP) and also carries the blanket gene. KS's Bond ManOf Intrigue "Trigg" is a curiously marked gelding (hence his registered name!), who has a darker neck with added white spots, while from his withers back he is white with sorrel spots! He also has a very unique conglomerate spot on his left front leg, and a star. He is the second foal from KS's Handsome As Bond and KS's Special Kinda Ghost, and we are very pleased with this cross. While we have no idea what color we should call him, we have no trouble at all seeing his physical attributes! I mean, do you see that clean neck and pretty head? And wait till you see him move! He isn't pretty just when he is standing still, that's for sure. Trigg has been in training since May for halter, lungeline, and in-hand trail, and is ready to show in those events, and is also lunging quietly with the saddle and bridle. Never even batting an eye the first time he was saddled, Trigg is now ready to continue his training with a rider! Trigg will grow up to be an exceptional smaller pony, around 52" tall. With generations of champion POAs behind him it's no surprise Trigg is up to the task of being the next great all-around kid's pony. Disposition, conformation, movement, and he's definitely an unique color to get you noticed. Could anyone ask for more??? Select Sire Futurity eligible and entered into the Incentive Fund.
